Openings change with caseload. These are the roles we hire for most often in Lahore. Remote work is limited; most seats are office-based with occasional evening coverage for client time zones.
Visa Consultant
Assess client profiles, recommend visa routes, manage cases end-to-end. Experience with Schengen/UK/Canada files preferred.
Documentation Specialist
Prepare and verify application files with zero-error discipline. Strong English writing required.
Client Support Executive
Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries, follow-ups and status updates. Evening shifts available.
Digital Marketing / SEO
Grow our organic reach — content writing, SEO and social media for the visa niche.
What we look for
- Fluent written and spoken English; Urdu for client calls.
- Careful attention to documents, dates and embassy rules.
- Honest communication — never oversell a weak file.
- Comfort with WhatsApp, email and a simple CRM workflow.
- Prior travel, visa or customer-support experience is a plus, not a hard filter.
