1. Who we are and who we are not

EasyVisa.pk ("EasyVisa", "we", "us", "our") is a private consultancy based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We help individuals and businesses understand visa requirements, prepare and organise their documents, complete application forms, book appointments, and follow up on applications for tourist, visit, business, study, work, family and immigration categories.

We are not:

• a government department, embassy, consulate, or high commission of Pakistan or of any other country;
• an official visa application centre or an agent of VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, Gerry's, or any similar organisation;
• an immigration authority such as IRCC (Canada), UKVI (United Kingdom), USCIS or the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Home Affairs (Australia), or any Schengen member state authority;
• a law firm, and our consultants are not advocates or licensed immigration lawyers unless expressly stated for a named individual;
• a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, or an OISC-regulated adviser in the United Kingdom, or a registered migration agent in Australia, unless a named individual's licence number is shown on our website. Where the destination country requires a licensed representative to act for you, we will tell you and, where possible, refer you.

Any resemblance between our name, branding or website and that of an official body is unintended. Official information should always be verified on the destination government's own website.

2. No guarantee of visa approval

Every visa decision is made exclusively by the immigration authority of the destination country, applying its own laws and discretion. EasyVisa does not influence, and has no means of influencing, that decision. We therefore do not guarantee, promise, or represent that any application will be approved, processed within a particular time, or granted for a particular duration or number of entries.

Statements on this website about success rates, approvals, or processing times describe past experience or published averages. They are not a prediction of the outcome of your application. Our fees are charged for the professional work of preparing and supporting your application, not for the result, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Nature of our services and advice

The information on this website and the guidance given by our consultants is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Immigration rules change frequently and without notice; the rules that apply to you are those in force on the date your application is decided, not the date you read our content.

Where your situation involves prior refusals, overstays, criminal records, medical inadmissibility, asylum, deportation, or any complex legal question, we will recommend that you also obtain advice from a qualified lawyer or licensed representative in the destination country.

4. Overseas employment and recruitment

Under the Emigration Ordinance, 1979, only an Overseas Employment Promoter licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan, may recruit Pakistani citizens for employment abroad. EasyVisa is a visa consultancy. Unless a valid Overseas Employment Promoter licence number is displayed on this website, we do not recruit workers, offer or arrange jobs abroad, charge for job placement, or act as an employment agent.

Our work-visa services assist applicants who already hold a genuine job offer or work permit from an employer abroad. Any person claiming to offer overseas jobs in the name of EasyVisa is committing fraud; please report it to us and to the Bureau of Emigration.

5. Accuracy of information, fees and timelines

We take reasonable care to keep our country guides, fee tables, document checklists and processing-time estimates accurate and current. However, embassies, visa application centres and governments change fees, requirements and processing times at their discretion, sometimes daily. We do not warrant that any information on this website is complete, accurate, or up to date at the moment you read it.

• Government visa fees shown on this website are indicative and are payable in the currency and amount fixed by the authority on the day of payment.
• Fees quoted in Pakistani Rupees for foreign-currency charges depend on the exchange rate applied by the bank or visa centre on the day.
• Processing times are the authority's published or typical figures and are not commitments by EasyVisa.
• Our own Service Fees are those confirmed in writing in your booking confirmation or invoice; prices shown on the website may change without notice.

6. Calculators, checklists and estimates

The visa fee calculator, eligibility checks, document checklists, booking summaries and any "estimated fee" shown on this website are automated estimates based on the information you enter and our current understanding of the rules. They are provided to help you plan and are not an offer, a quotation, an eligibility decision, or a guarantee. The final scope of work and fee are confirmed by a consultant in writing before any payment is due.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the truth, accuracy and completeness of every document and statement in your application. In particular:

• We do not create, alter, or procure false documents, bank statements, employment letters, invitations or travel histories, and we will refuse and may terminate any engagement where this is requested.
• Submitting false or misleading information to an immigration authority is an offence in the destination country and in Pakistan, and typically results in refusal and a multi-year ban. Any such consequence is entirely your responsibility.
• You must review and approve every form and document before submission. Once you have approved it, you are responsible for its contents.
• You must meet every deadline we communicate for documents, payments, appointments and biometrics. Missed deadlines may cause delays, refusals, or loss of fees for which EasyVisa is not responsible.

8. Fraud and impersonation warning

Fraudsters sometimes impersonate visa consultancies on social media, messaging apps and fake websites. EasyVisa communicates and accepts payment only through the channels below. We never ask for payment in cash to an individual, to a personal bank account, through gift cards, or via cryptocurrency, and we never ask for your online banking password or one-time passcode.

9. Third-party websites and providers

This website links to government portals, visa application centres, airlines, insurers, hotels and other third-party services for your convenience. We do not control those websites, are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Services purchased from third parties, including travel insurance and appointment bookings, are governed by that provider's own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, and without limiting any right you have under applicable consumer protection law:

• EasyVisa is not liable for any loss arising from a visa refusal, delay, cancellation, or the decision of any authority, airline, or third party.
• EasyVisa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the cost of flights, accommodation, tours, lost income, lost opportunities, or emotional distress, even if we were told such loss was possible.
• Where we are found liable for a breach of our obligations, our total liability for all claims relating to a service is limited to the Service Fee you actually paid to EasyVisa for that service.
• Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Content, testimonials and figures

All text, guides, designs, logos and images on this website are the property of EasyVisa or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962. They may be read and shared for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; they may not be copied for commercial use or presented as another consultancy's work.

Client testimonials and approval stories reflect the genuine experience of those clients, published with their consent and, where requested, with names or details changed for privacy. Figures such as the number of clients served or approvals are drawn from our own records and are rounded. Individual results vary and past outcomes do not predict future decisions.

12. Governing law

This Disclaimer and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to approach the District Consumer Court under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. If any part of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
